Attempting to delete a script, data template, data file, or supporting documents from a Winshuttle SharePoint site generates an Access Denied error.

Only Site Collection Administrators have the ability to delete these files. This is a security precaution to prevent abuse or accidental deletion as deleting a script will cause data templates to fail for users.
The Site Collection Administrator role is the highest role available on a site. It is usually reserved for SharePoint Administrators and the Winshuttle business owner.
For users who will not be added to this role they must request file deletions from user who are Site Collection Administrators. There is no mechanism for this communication built in to the menu options, so an email or other communication per internal policy is recommended.
