Foundation Setup page loads instead of Foundation Home Page

Description

When loading the Winshuttle Foundation home page in the browser, the Foundation Setup page loads instead.

Applies To

User Governance, LMS, version 11

Cause

The User Governance site performs a heartbeat check against the LMS site. If the LMS site's ability to respond is interrupted for a period of time where the heartbeat check fails, User Governance will revert to the Foundation Setup page.

This is a known issue that will be resolved in version 12.

Solution

Perform an IISRESET on all LMS servers and all SharePoint web front ends.
