How to create new contact in XD02 with no existing Contacts?

Solution

To add new Contact Person in XD02 best practice is to use the Batch mode of recording.
Reason with Non Batch with controls/without Controls there is no option on the SAP screen to Insert Line or Page up/Down.
However when recorded in the Batch Mode ; Screen appears different from usual SAP Interface (see screenshot below) ;It also allows user to use Insert Row Button on the top Menu Bar.

Steps to record script
1) Recording Mode- Batch Mode
2) Click on the very last line appearing on the SAP Screen in the Contact Person Tab.

3) Add the Contact Details First Name/ Last Name etc.

4) Click on Insert Row Button; this should shift line up and allows user to create loop for more than 6 entries; by default SAP allows only 6 entries hence the Insert Row button is required.


5) After performing all the above steps in the script add the Loop around the Insert Line button and the details added for the Contact Person(see screenshot below).
