Description
Issue occurred after MS Office upgrade
Issue only when SSO is enabled
There is no path under XML Configuration File on Server in SAP
There is only one MS Office version installed on the same PC
The DLL file (sapcrypto.dll) is listed in the path mentioned on the error message: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SecureLogin\lib\

The AppOption file is usually saved here: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\WinShuttle\JournalEntry
SSO version needs to be upgraded to version 3 (https://support.oneidentity.com/authentication-services/kb/90368)
SAP GUI needs to be a supported version
