Description

After Installing Winshuttle Studio user is not able to make the SAP connection getting the below error.

Solution


1) Please check file is pointing to correct INI or XML file; Go to Studio >Options>SAP Settings and check that the logon file is pointing to my saplogon.ini or .XMLfile.

2) If above doesnt resolve the issue; while logging in rather than entering the Application Server name enter the IP address of the SAP server.
Studio- File->Account->Authorisation Check->Add System -> Applicaiton Server( Add the IP address)
