Description
If you have issues applying an activation key, the first thing you want to do is to send a full license export of all your affected environments to support. This will allow us to compare what has been applied to a specific environment to what we have on file. In order to collect this info, you will need to be a Winshuttle Admin.

Solution
1. Open your Foundation site, click on Licenses Manage Licenses
2. Set each search criteria box to ALL and click SEARCH
3. After search results appear, you should see an EXPORT button. Click on the EXPORT button and you will get a complete list of licenses in CSV format.
