Description

Show_Rejection_Comments tick box is set up with rules so that when the form opens in Person view the Rejection_Comments field should be hidden from view but it shows until you tick and untick the Show_Rejection_Comments tick box. See attached solution for reference.

Solution

In this scenario user would need to check "Run Rule on Form Load" box.

As a general practice for any visual changes i.e. Approval/Rejection/Colour Changes /Format it is always recommended to use "Run Rule on Form Load".
