Long Text button not appearing as expected

WFM not installed
eCATT is disabled

Cause

Control data is not being passed to the client because eCATT option is disabled and WFM is not installed.

Solution

Enable eCATT in SAP t-code SCC4 by selecting the option "eCATT and CATT Allowed"
