Description

Figure 1c
Applies to
Studio 11x, Studio 12x.
Immediate Workaround
A permanent fix is being developed. however, for now there is a workaround:
The additional (cursor-like) character must be deleted before running the script.
A specific way in deleting the character is to go to beginning of the name, press the ‘Shift’ key and the ‘Right Arrow’ key together and press the ‘Delete’ key.
Additional Information
1. The error does not appear in standard Excel (not script).
2. Using Excel ‘Paste Special’ > ‘Value’ or pasting the file name to Notepad and copying it back to the script does not work, too.
2. Using Excel ‘Paste Special’ > ‘Value’ or pasting the file name to Notepad and copying it back to the script does not work, too.
