Description

Customer receives error message "Unable to load the GSS API DLL named "C:\\Windows\Sys\WOW64\gssntlm.dll" when trying to connect to SAP  using Winshuttle

Cause

For 64 bit version the DLLs for SSO maintained in SAP should be placed on the Desktop in the corresponding paths.

Solution

1. Login to SAP and  check the parameter snc/gssapi_lib in TCode RZ11
2. Check the  path available in the Current Value
3. Place the DLL file from the path mentioned in SAP on your Desktop ( (64-bit DLL should be placed into system32 (typically C:\Windows\System32) and 32bit in syswow64 folder on desktop (typically C:\Windows\SysWow64).
