Winshuttle may request the XML used for registering a custom plugin as part of troubleshooting plugin issues.
- Go to Workflow Central Administration Workflow Design Configuration Plugins
- Search for the plugin name. The XML appears in the Definition column.
- Click in the box where the name appears and select Edit from the dropdown.
- Copy the XML data to a text file and forward to Winshuttle Support, replying to the current email thread, if you have been asked for this information as part of an ongoing support ticket.
