How to generate a list of Connect License users

Solution/Immediate Workaround
A) End-user to verify whether they are Connect administrator:
- The Connect end-user can verify their own roles by going to their Connect 'Settings'
- The Connect Site administrator as well as the Connect license administrator should have access to display all the Account user profiles by going to the 'Users' tab and filling in the selection criteria
B)
Connect license administrator to generate and export the report:
- Log into Connect and go to the Licenses Tab
- Leave the License Admins selection as 'ALL'
- Click on Search
- Click on Export
Additional Information
This should normally be completed by a Connect license administrator
