Working around extra pages issue with a Printer-Friendly Form

Description

If you are using the Printer-Friendly Form feature, you may see that your form thinks there are more pages than there really are.

Composer forms and Designer forms

Cause

This issue is caused by the browser, it is not a Winshuttle issue and therefore must be worked-around.

Solution

The solution for this issue is to only print the pages of the form that you know actually contain information and to ignore the rest. This can be done during the printing process by selecting a specific page range. Below are examples in Chrome and IE.
