Description

If you have a form field that is set to be REQUIRED an you are still able to SAVE and ROUTE the form, you have probably set the field to READ ONLY as well.
When a form field is set to read-only, it is essentially disabled Therefore, other settings on that element will not be considered.

Do not use Read-only or Required at the same time as neither setting will work .
