Created transaction script using direct module. Tested the Script.

Cause

Not all parameters of BAPI are selected.

Solution

Purchase order number has also to be provided in 'Export Others' parameters (under Input Structures). This was missed in initial script.
We have added the same in DIRECT script, then Transaction script is created. Mapping done. Execution was successful.
