How do I add additional contact persons to an existing customer?
An existing customer may have none, one, or many contact persons. You want to add additional contact persons but you don't know how many existing lines of contacts will already be there. There is no insert row or any type of add new contact button. You want to ensure that you do not overwrite an existing contact.

Solution
There is a Position area on that screen with the option to enter a Department. Enter "ZZZZ" in the Department field and hit Enter. That will move up any existing contact person rows, and the contact person table will be blank below the first row. Enter your new contact person in the second row or below. Create your loop around this process.
