I need to change the license user in Connect

Solution

Only a License Admin has the access to transferring a license from one user to another.

1. Log in to Connect and navigate to the 'Licenses' tab.

2. Start by revoking the license from the user. Check the box of of the license you would like to revoke, and click revoke.

3. Next, assign the license to the new user. In the 'Assigned To' column, select 'edit' for the license you need to reassign. Use the address book to find and select the new user. Then click 'assign' in order to save the changes.
