Description
When running script through Winshuttle, at the point of logging on to the SAP System, you receive the following error message:
Applies To
Users with 64-bit Transaction, Query, Runner, or Studio
Cause
Winshuttle defaults to 32-bit single-sign-on. When you are using 64-bit Winshuttle, you will need 64-bit single-sign-on files and you will need to set the file path for them in Winshuttle.
Solution
Version 10.x (Transaction, Query, Runner)
1. Navigate to Tools -> Options -> SAP Defaults
2. Using the magnifying glass next to the box indicated in the image below:
3. Locate and select the 64-bit version of the SSO file specified in the error message. Typically found under C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SecureLogin\lib
4. Click "Ok" and retry logging in to SAP through Winshuttle.
Version 11.x (Studio)
1. Navigate to File -> Options -> SAP Settings
2. Using "Browse next to the box indicated in the image below:
3. Locate and select the 64-bit version of the SSO file specified in the error message. Typically found under C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SecureLogin\lib
4. Click "Ok" and retry logging in to SAP through Winshuttle.
