If you have forgotten your Connect password, you can reset it by visiting the Connect webpage.
Please follow the below instructions
1. Launch your Connect webpage (you can also go directly to Winshuttle support and enter your email address).
2. At the login screen, click Forgot Password?
3. A page will be launched asking you to type in your email address and the security Captcha.
Note that if you are not able to see the Captcha properly, you might have browser compatibility issues. Try another browser or contact your internal IT team to troubleshoot.
4. After all of the information is typed incorrectly, you’ll receive the following message.
5. Open the email from Connect@Winshuttle.support and reset link to reset your password.
The password requirements for Winshuttle Connect are as follows:
1. Minimum length of 7 characters
2. Must include at least one special character
3. The maximum length of 128 characters
