Description

User receives the following error when logging in to Transaction/Query product.

Winshuttle Central, Transaction/Query, Runner for Studio

Cause

The error occurs if the user is not part of respective permission groups and/or if the valid foundation license is not assigned on Winshuttle Central site.

Solution

Make sure the user whoever recieves the above error meets the following:
1) User needs to be added to following permission groups in Winshuttle Central site. Please refer to managing users and groups. 
    a) if logging into Transaction product add under "TRANSACTION Developers"
    b) if logging into Query product add under "QUERY Developers" 
    c) if logging into Transaction Runner product add under "TRANSACTION Runners"
    d) if logging into Query Runner product add under "QUERY Runners" 
2) User needs to be assigned valid licenses in Central site. Please refer to assign licenses to users. 

Contact your Winshuttle Administrator in order to apply the above changes.
If the above has been verified, re-create the end-user and/or re-assigning the license
