Description
User gets the error SAP Server is not defined when trying to create or run a script through Central.
Applies to
Central
Solution
There are two possible solutions to solve this issue.
Solution #1
When user starts Transaction, it is looking at the incorrect Central site (if there is more than one i.e. DEV/QA/UAT/PROD)
Click on Change. If the screen has gone past that point, click on the down arrow next to the name in the top right corner and select Sign in as Different User.
In the Central Login window that appears, click the down arrow and a list of your Central sites are available to you. Select the correct one you wish to work with.
Solution #2
Check to make sure that the SAP server you wish to work with has been set up in Central.
Open the Central site and click on Winshuttle Central Administration in the left column
Under the Transaction column, select Application Servers
Check the list
If the server is not in the list, it will have to be added. Fill in the required information and click Save.
