Description
User gets the following error message when trying to use the Excel Add-in:

Cause
1. User initially had Office 2010 when Winshuttle product is installed.
2. Later user updated to Office 2013.
3. WinShuttle has adxloader.dll file which points to Excel office already available in the system while its installation . So it just contains details or points to Office 2010.
4. Upgrade to Office 2013 will be doing changes to adxloader.dll of Winshuttle . Hence even after upgrade file points to Office 2010.
Solution
Solution 1:
Check if the User has Admin rights . If user has ,select the product and "Run as administrator" . If not , please take the help of local IT to get the admin rights.
Solution 2:
Need to unregister 2010 excel batch files and register 2013 excel batch files.
To Unregister 2010 excel batch files:
1. Close all the instances of Excel and Transaction.
2. Copy the attached “Unregister_XXbit_Addin” and paste it at “ C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\(product)” or “ C:\Program Files(x86)\Winshuttle\(product)”
3. Right click on “Unregister_XXbit_Addin” and then select “Run as Administrator”.
To Register 2013 excel batch files:
1. Close all the instances of Excel and Transaction.
2. Copy the attached “Register_XXbit_Addin2013” and paste it at “ C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\TRANSACTION” or “ C:\Program Files(x86)\Winshuttle\(product)” .
3. Right click on “Register_XXbit_Addin2013” and then select “Run as Administrator”.

Solution 3:
The user can try un-installing their Winshuttle software. This can be done by navigating to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program, locate the Winshuttle software and select un-install. From there, they can re-install making sure to ‘Run as Administrator’ during the install process by right clicking on the setup.exe file.
