I currently have a Winshuttle Connect license, and need to install it on my new laptop. Can you please help with the best way to install and transfer my license to the new machine.

Solution
As Connect licenses are cloud based, you will simply need to reinstall the correct license type onto your new machine using link from our download links on support.winshuttle.com. After it is installed you will need to complete activation of the desktop product by following the below steps:
1. Launch your Winshuttle application.
2. Click ‘Activate’
3. Choose Connect for the licensing type, click next
4. Type in your email and password here. Note that if your company uses a proxy server, you may need to type in the proxy server details as well.
