Description

User receives the following error when navigating to forms site

For more detailed error information,verified the SharePoint ULS logs which has the error as "Exception Code:100 Expected file "StructureMap.config" cannot be opened"

This could be due to Winshuttle workflow administrator user permissions or access issue.

Solution

Make sure the accounts used to install Winshuttle Workflow product has met the pre-requisites mentioned at Winshuttle Workflow Account Requirements
