Description

User receives an error while executing the Winshuttleupdate plugin in Manage Scheduled Jobs in Winshuttle Workflow Administration site as "System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The site http:// could not be found in the web application SPWebApplication Name=Winshuttle Workflow Central Administration."

Cause

This could be due to the Alternate Access Mappings configured in SharePoint Central Administration is not as expected.

Solution

Make sure the Alternate Access Mappings configured in SharePoint Central Administration, IIS has been followed the Microsoft SharePoint best practices. Contact your SharePoint Administrator for further analysis.
