When trying to install a Winshuttle Application the below error will appear if during the installation there was an issue reading from one of the install files:
Error: 1309.Error reading from file:
Winshuttle Studio Desktop Products 10.X
An issue has occurred during installation and the Installation Folder could not be fully extracted
After clicking on the download link, make sure that you have saved the installation folder locally (when prompted you will want to click Save).
After saving the folder locally, locate and right click on the zip folder and select 'Extract All'.
If that has already been done, you may also try selecting 'Ignore' on this screen.
If the issue persists despite installing correctly, please raise a case via our Winshuttle Support Portal
