How do I change the status in IE02 for a given equipment as scrolling or Page Down do not seem to be recorded properly using Transaction?

Solution

The recommended recording mode for this process is Batch.

1. Enter the equipment number and press enter

2. You should then see this screen - click on the status Icon highlighted in red below

3. You will then be on the status screen --> go to your Menu --> Select Edit --> Select Direct Entry

4. Enter the user status required  and hit the green tick

5. Hit the back button and Save the change - Your recording is then finished
