Description 

I am an existing Winshuttle Admin in Connect and would like to promote a colleague to become the 2nd Winshuttle Admin in Connect. However, when I try and change their User Profile I receive message below

I can extract a list of Users however many of them are License or Reports Admin so it is not easy to determine which is the Winshuttle Admin.  I can check manually each User Profile however we have over 62 Administrators

Cause

Whilst it is possible to have 2 Winshuttle Administrators in Connect, there is no place for the 2nd Admins details to be displayed.  

Solution

Run a User Report and filter on Administrators.  This will identify those potential Administrators, and if you are a Winshuttle Administrator you can check all Admins User Profiles by clicking in each name.
You can then un-check the 2nd Winshuttle Administrator and promote the replacement
