Description

There is an error message in Scheduled Jobs History page in Winshuttle Central site as "Status Pending" for ever with Operation as "Checked QUERY Run" for all the entries.

Cause

If Winshuttle Worker service is stopped.

Solution

Start the Winshuttle Worker Service on the server where it is installed and configured.

Steps to start the Winshuttle Worker Service.

1. Login to the server where Winshuttle Worker component has been installed.
2. Click Start, in the Start Search box, type services.msc, and then press Enter.
3. Start the WinshuttleWorker service.
