Solution/Immediate Workaround

Perform below steps in order to overcome this issue.

There is a file name AppOptions which you can find at :

C:\Users\(your user)\AppData\Roaming\WinShuttle\Studio

Change a key named "FoundationPerPageDownloadLimit" value to 300 instead of 20 or to the value you would like to see in initial load of scripts in the Library.
