Description

We have a BAPI transaction script which was updated with new fields.
The BAPI is updated with new section containing the new fields and the Winshuttle solution is updated accordingly to use the new script.
We deployed new Winshuttle solution and the web service is republished with the new functional module structure.

After the deploy the new processes started are working fine with the new webservice.
The problem is with the processes started before when press the button to call the web service nothing happens - there is little processing time and no logs are populated.

Is it possible to recover those old requests? There are around 1500 processes affected.

As per Product design; unfortunately it is not possible to retrieve those processes.

You can either Force Approve/Complete or Cancel those Processes .
