Evolve - How to Change the URL address for Evolve Site?

Description

Customer is requesting for the steps on how to change the URL address for their Evolve development environment. 

Applies To

Evolve all versions 

Cause

Change of URL address for Evolve Site 

Solution

There are two possible options. 

Option 1:

Run the Evolve installer and choose "Modify" option and update the new URL. 

 

Option 2:

Update IIS Bindings

Perform IISRESET

Open the Evolve site - Go to Settings Page - Go to Authentication Tab and update the Host Site URL section with new URL.
